This fall Kulanu will begin studying Jewish history and reading Historical fiction for each time period. We will start with the rabbinic period and move through time following the historical journey of our ancestors and discussing fiction which tries to capture those times. Kulanu is open to all who want to learn, discuss and explore important questions. -

Midnight Run is dedicated to building connections between housed and homeless individuals through late-night relief efforts, fostering trust, understanding, and human connection. Midnight Run will take place Saturday, November 22 from 6pm to approximately 1am and teens will start and end the evening at Temple Sinai. We welcome Temple Sinai teens and friends to join us. Teens will sort the donated clothing items, pack food, and personally distribute these essentials later that evening in NYC. We are accepting men’s winter clothing only (please, no children’s clothing). Donations can be dropped off in the Temple Sinai lobby or brought with teens on the evening of November 22. Needed Items: Men’s socks and underwear (new) Pants (especially jeans) Coats and jackets Shirts (especially flannel) Sweatshirts and sweatpants Knapsacks and book bags Shoes (especially boots, sneakers, or soft-soled shoes) Gloves and mittens Warm hats and scarves
