Interfaith Couples Group
The Interfaith Couples Group of Temple Sinai is committed to the principles of Reform Judaism, welcoming diversity and respecting the complexity of our various traditions. The group offers a dynamic, safe, supportive and warm place to share feelings, ideas, concerns, backgrounds and religious customs. We encourage questions and enjoy group discussions where all can explore, learn and socialize together.
Topics include “real-life issues” such as:
- How does an interfaith household celebrate the holidays?
- How do non-Jewish family members participate in the Bar/Bat Mitzvah journey?
- My child is about to marry a non-Jew. What advice should I consider?
Meetings are held monthly on Sundays. Consult the Temple calendar for specific meeting information. Please contact Cantor Nitza at cantornitza@templesinaibc.org or (201) 568-3035 with your questions.
