Irmari Nacht’s artwork, “Books110Terezin” acquired by Temple Sinai, Tenafy, NJ, is composed of eight identical books cut into swirls, spirals, and strips. It honors the brave women imprisoned in the concentration camp Terezin who recorded recipes they dreamed of making when they were free.
There is an opening reception on Sunday, November 9 from 4 - 6. The work is a catalyst for a year-long series of events centered on this powerful artwork and the vital role of women during the Holocaust.
